is it ok to get a shot in famiy dr here in us?

My wife (of 1 wk) is in the US from the Philippines. We are now trying to apply to adjust her status. She had her medical in Hong Kong (she lived there prior to coming here). She was going to wait till she got here for her vaccinations. When she arrived at the airport here, customs kept her medical records (sealed envelope) but gave her back her x-rays. Were the medical records sent to our local office? Can the vaccinations be done by my doctor or county health dept. and transferred onto the I-693 supplement page?

hello again vj friend .I was confuse about my visa..my visa approve is june 6 and I arrive here in usa is june 19 but they just give me till sept 16.but according to my visa till nov 4, 2014.we already married aug 30 and were waiting the certificate.my concern is do I need to extend my visa ?because immigration here give me till 16.but my visa only this coming 16.

have anyone knows this case plssss

hello every one is anybody know where I can find I-94#? were just married and starting to change my status but I cant find what I-94#?

do I need to get police clearance here in usa for requirements? How about vaccination because I don't have yet only medical but vaccination is not yet my concern is do I need a referral from immigration here or I can go any clinic here?thanks
