Our ds-261 was sent July 29th of 2014 and today is already the 30th day. (note : not business day, its 30 days from the time we sent the form ds-261) .If someone happened to click on the word "incomplete" under AOS.. please dont panic. My husband and I didnt have idea that it would change the date if u clicked on incomplete, so what we did is we call the NVC and asked for a supervisor(not just an agent) and fortunately, he helped us fix the date and he reset the date to July 29th which is the original date we filled the ds-261. The supervisor said, we will be receiving the IV invoice after 5 working days. I am very excited. I am missing my husband so so much! cant wait to be with him..
