I'm August 13th and have called everyday for the last week and a half. Today, they said it's still waiting.

Have you called again? Mine hasn't changed either and I'm 15th as well.

CEAC website changed from Paid to NA....called and the wonderful Arthur gave me the good news...he said they are still scheduling for Nov!!!

My AOS fee changed to N/A, last scan date is 8/12. I sure hope this is Case Complete and will be calling later today. Has anyone had the fee change to N/A without Case Complete? Im afraid to feel happy.

Last case complete I saw was for August 13th scan date. I just called and spoke with Gus, my checklist hasn't been reviewed yet...my scan date is August 15th.

Hey Sailyn, did I mess up my CC input on the spreadsheet? I had updated it right after I found out I got CC on Monday, or have you been busy? Just worried I did it wrong this time.

My case was completed over the phone by a supervisor and I got online as soon as I hung up and it changed instantly. However, there have been people with CCs that never changed to N/A, so NVC is just messing with us I am sure!

You are correct, if form 1040 or 1040A was filed, you use Total Income (not adjusted gross income)

For 2013, that is Line 22 on the 1040, or Line 15 on the 1040A

If it was form 1040EZ, you use Adjust Gross Income (Line 4)

Typically when the wrong income number is in the box, the Checklist will say error in 13.a.1

If it is a problem with the wrong income in the box it will say:

"The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead."

You mention only 13.a

I'm so sorry to hear that. Get on top of it as quickly as you can. At this point its just another step towards CC. Make sure it's not a fake checklist.
