should be the one where you got the approval letter from, the date should be the date behind "valid from" in your former EAD.

One more question.

The i-765 form, question number 11: Which USCIS office and date.

Do they mean where it was approved and the date it was approved (from the approval later) or the office where I sent the first i-765 and the date it was received there? The office I sent the form and the office that approved it are not the same office…

and I see that c9 is free of charge for renewal. Is that what you meant? that is under number 7 "EAD Applicants who have filled for AoS"

I just submitted the EAD renewal and got a receipt. go to uscis.gov, find out the I765 and I 131 form, view the instruction. fill out all forms send to chicago pobox which is for C9 category. do not send the original address which you got the EAD from because they will reject your applicant asking you send your application to an appropriate address.

List:

I-484 receipt copy

signed I-765&I-131 form

former I-765&I-131 approval notice

EAD copy (front and back)

AP copy

four passport-style photos.

former mailer code (the letter with mailer code sending with your former EAD) , it will get your applicant fast.

ID copy (DL/ passport)

Hello guys. I just saw that Visa Bulletin came out for Oct 2014 and that it moved only 1 month….

My i-485 and i-130 were filled last year in September while F2A was current, however, as the category retrogressed I still has not adjusted my status and my work authorization document and advance parole should be renewed soon.

Does anybody know how I can do it?

oh, btw, I read somewhere that I need to take a new physical exam as the one I submitted last year is valid only for one year. Is it true?

I did not receive GC. I have to wait my PD become current. I was in USA for AOS. the visa for travelling USA is not required. I am working in USA.

PD 09/26/2013. I got interview done on Feb 10th 2014. by the way, I am in USA for the AOS.
