Hello guys,
i have a question, when the case placed inline for interview is this means the file traveled already to the field office or still waiting in NBC?
Thanks

Thanks guys for all the helpful info

sorry to jump in, I want to register with global entry but I am still in the process of N-400, if I applied now, would this slow down the process of naturalization or it doesn't matter?

Hello,
I have a question, How long I have to wait before I do an info pass and really get some results out of it ?
my case will be 4 month next week since it was received and no action been made yet, I noticed that my field office processing times is slow but I don't remember where i heard; that immigration should take an action on a case if its been more either 90 or 120 days, please correct me if am wrong.
Thanks in advance

Hello,
my parents are 60 years old and I tried to get them to visit me in the US but they got denied, so I am thinking now to apply for immigration visa for them.
if anyone would tell me the procedure and time frame would be appreciated. Also, if the age of my parents is considered a factor for the USCIS?
Thank you guys in advance

Hello,
I am married to a US citizen and getting ready to apply for my citizenship
as far as I know that's what needed:
- N-400 form
- Money order (680$)
- Copy of my spouse birth cert or passport
- Two pics of applicant 2'' x 2''
- Copy of marriage cert. translated in English
please let me know if there any item missing, I also want to ask that there is possibility that we lost our marriage cert. and its gona be hard and time consuming to get a replacement from my home country. I am open to any suggestion and hopefully we can find it without going thru any hassle.
I also want to ask that we have kids together would it be needed to attach their birth cert. or passports?
Thank you guys

Hello Guys,
Today was my interview and oath at Portland, OR.
The interview was at 7:00 AM went there about 6:50 AM, checked in and waited in the waiting room till they called my name at 8:00 AM, the officer was a young lady very sharp and professional which was okay with me.
I noticed that she was trying to make sure that my English was good enough for me to understand her, as well as responding back to her. anyway we both sat and she asked me my full name then asked me to stand up and swear that all info is correct, then she went over the application kinda in detail ( Likely I had a copy of the application before submission so it made it easier for me).
she moved on to civic and English test then she printed me a letter says that I passed and asked me if I want to attend the oath of afternoon, I said yes, printed me a letter and that was it. (The whole interview was about 15-20 min)
let go to the Oath, the ceremony was about 40 min long, you just need to check that the certificate is correct before you sign it and leave the building.
Thanks VJ I appreciate all your help and I hope that my experience is a Little give back.
