You still Have about 2 to 3 month before you get your NOA2.if there isn't any RFE.if there is then you could certainly request to change the address. But I would say you should wait to get your NOA2 before taking any steps. As far as concerning of taxes you would need 2 year taxes above the poverty along with that bank letter that you have account with them it'll be better if you can get it notarized.

I've just received packet 3.5 and they are requesting all those necessary document along with original birth certificate so I wasn't sure if they are asking original or just the photocopy would be enough?

As I filed fiancé k1 visa..Since I'm living in State of Virginia! "As according to Virginia law I would need parental consent in order to marry 17 year old." So how should that letter be written out! Any suggestion would greatly help?

Skype is part of evidence! You gotta verify if you have bonafied relationship with her. So basically if you have pictures both of you together which is verifying you guys are together. Then you would need itenary, passport stamps,boarding passes.including all call logs,Skype logs.

I've filed k1 visa for my fiancé she is only 17! Since I'm 25. So what I wanted to ask is there age requirement on fiancé visa. Because in required document of 1-129f they didn't claify anything so I'm not sure! Help needed
