today my lawyer send me this message after 4 months from my expedite
They are not granting the expedite request because it is under a background check.

i just call them again and i talk to one officer , he say it not approved and it will be on 15 next month , lord how i can live with this ....

today i call immigration to find out what going on with my husband case . one men answer me and i give him case number . after he told me that his case is approved and they sended to Travel.state.gov and he give me this number to find out 001(603) 334-0700 . i did but they was close
i try to talk to my lawyer and i say to him what going on . he told me that he don't know that and he ask me to call him back in 30 minute .
after 1 hours i call him he told me that my papers not approved until 9 November ....
can anyone tell me what is this please ? help me please ?
