Hi, guys.

I have some questions regarding the immigration process. I'm a Green Card holder, just recently received one. I have know my girlfriend for 4 years now. So we are thinking to get married. She is Ukrainian.

We have gathered all required documents and we were wondering : Do we need to translate personal letters that we wrote to each other (the letters are in Russian language).

As we live in different countries what other documents are required to show that our marriage is real. (we have letters from friends, airplane tickets, photos, post cards, letters, bank transfers).

If she comes to US on tourist visa and we get married how fast she has to go back to her country?
