She has been over stayed outside of Country more than 1 year. For that reason I have to apply her green card all over again.

My mother had green card for last 19 years. She has been coming to US every year for last 19 year for only 2 to 3 months. She went back home in 2012 she was not able to come back in within one year and over stayed in home Country. Now I have applied I-130 for her and ready to submit DS-260. Do I need to mention her last visit as previous address in USA . Please reply if I do not need to mention her previous address in USA because her visit was only for 3 months each time.

Any idea how long its take to process SB-1 application in Pakistan.

She had major surgeries on her arm with steel hardware in arm.

My mother had her green card for 20 years. She went to Pakistan for visit and got in accident. Now she is in Pakistan for 1 year and 8 months. She tried to come back but Airline have stop her. What are my best options.

1. Apply for SB-1 Visa

2. Apply I-130

I will appreciate any help.
