Hey guys thanks for all the information you provided we just got approved the other day we were expecting an update somewhere between August and September but God is really good to us. Waiting for the hard copy of NOA 2 now i was just wondering after getting the notice what would the next step we have to do?. I have read few details about it but coming to people who are more well informed would be great. Thank you in advance.

I understand and thank you everyone. By the way we checked our status online and this is what we got:
"On February 9, 2015, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number SRC**********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by March 11, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to"
We only got an I-797C notice of action and there is no description included there as to how they will process the case also what kind of receipt of notice are they referring to? Is it the noa1?

Estimates/Stats : Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between August 23, 2015 and August 31, 2015*. ---
I do hope so we'll hear feedback base on the weeks you said. Thank you so much for accomodating all my questions. Wish you all the best in your journey. God Bless.

So it means filipino filers dont have to wait for 7-8 months? Or everything depends whether the case has some complications?

Im sorry for asking to much questions but Did you mean filipinos who filed december of 2013 or all filipino who filed after the typhoon?

7-8 months? Oh wow. Do you have any idea why TSC have a very long waiting time compare to others? Been observing some of the timeline here and few were approved in less than 3 months.
By the way thank you for answering ?

we just got our NOA1 and the receipt starts with SRC which means it'll be process on Texas Service Center but my fiance lives in Virginia. We thought the processing will take place in Vermont Service Center because his place is under on its jurisdiction would it mean that its gonna stay in TSC?
Anyone who can shed light on this matter is reallt a big help. Thank you.
Confused about the assigned service center :(
