My wife entered under IR-1 visa. How long is it taking for the green card to be mailed?

But wouldn't that say not paid just like the IV Fee says not paid?

I completed the DS-261and the AOS says N/A on both, why does it say this and what does it truely mean? See Attachment and you can see what I am talking about.

Good Luck to you also, I still haven't received the RFE in the mail yet either. I called them just now and I have to wait until tomorrow before they can resend it again.

I don't know yet what documents they want. I provided Our marriage license, my step-son's birth certificate, and a copy of his passport page with US tourist visa inside. There are no custody papers for him due to there is No father listed on his birth certificate, so I have no clue more they could want.

I filed two petitions together, one for my wife and another for my step-son. Why would the petition for my wife be approved and now I get a request for evidence on my step-son? Now I have to wait forever and a day to get this ROE in the mail because I am halfway around the world. This Bites!!!!

11. Has your case been "auto-expedited"? How long between NOA1 and NOA2? Yes. 15 days for first NOA 2 and still waiting on NOA2 for step-son (I filed two petitions)

Thank you for the suggestions, I already sent my congressman and the state senator an email this morning with my situation...hopefully they can do something for me.

I talked with USCIS today and basically told that there was nothing they can do, just to wait for approval of my second petition then talk with the NVC to try and get them both put back together.

Ok, I will give them Monday to see if they approve the second petition, if not then Tuesday Morning I will be calling the CSC and see what is going on. Does anyone have the number for the CSC?

I applied for IR-1 Visa for my wife of 6 years and my step-son. I received approval on one of the visas from the California Service Center but the other is still under initial review. Are they normally approved together or usually one way before the other? I don't want one visa to be 6 months behind the other, which is why I filed them together. Anybody have any thoughts or been through the same type of experience?
