I am going to be convicted PC 415(1) disturbing the public peace in california due to fight with someone in the public. the offer is take 26 hours anger control classes and probation 3 years. This is my only criminal record. I think i will finish the anger control classes before Oct. I wonder i can filed I485 at Oct 2014 and get approval while on probation?
Can i apply I485 while i am on probation?
