  1. Thanks for all the reply. I will try to contact USEM tomorrow. BTW FYI, im on an E3 visa. Do they have different policies on how to prioritize processing depending on visa type?

    I dont have an idea about how they process each category, just read this post;

    Consular Consolidated Database: Updates on Operational Status.

    We have made significant progress and issued most of the worldwide backlog of nonimmigrant visa cases. We are working to bring the Consular Consolidated Database back to full operational capacity.

    We continue to prioritize immigrant visas, adoption cases, and emergency nonimmigrant visa cases. We are printing visas for these cases with very few delays.

    We are aware of a small number of visa cases still in process because of system performance issues. We are working diligently to clear those cases.

    Visa applicants are advised they might still experience delays of up to one week in addition to normal processing times. Applicants should take this into consideration when making travel plans.

    Please check with the embassy for additional information.

  2. Wow good for you.. Congrats! Mine is for final decision yet but looks like they havent touched my files again yet because the daye didnt change and I worked in KSA before so it could be another reason ofnthe delay, thay might be doing background checks or security check, just my thoughts . I just hope tobhave my visa issued the soonest. Feels frustrating that me and my husband can't be together for our 1st year wedding anniversary. :(

  3. Hello everyone! I too is in administrative processing state since my interview last June 16. I have already sent all the required documents last August 19 and it was received by Stanley and associates the following day. Since then, no status change for me. I would like to know if they do the processing of the visa over at Stanley's in Makati or do they still bring it to the us embassy?

    Another question is, I've been trying to call the IV unit at their 3012000 but all I get is a recorded message. What number do I need to call so I could make a follow up? Thank you so much to anyone who can help me.

    Hi.. They will forward it to the embassy because the CO who interviewed will be the same CO who will review the case, Im under AP too since july 11, they received my CENOMAR doc the 22 but intil now the status is still AP, that number is right you just need to dial 0 after that then rhe customer rep will answer and tell her to connect tou to the IV section and you can talk to a lady there and she is able to give you updates, but make sure you call there early in the morning like 8-9 .

  4. I used the "Calling from the US" number. I want to say it was a 713 area code.

    If you use 632 301-2000 then press 0 then tell them to connect you to the fiancee visa section or Immigrant visa section then you can talk to a lady there and she can open yhe file and tell you the status update. And you will notive the the status updated date is changed to the date that you called

  5. Yeah, my husband called last 2 weeks ago, and the lady that she talked to told him to call again after another 2 weeks, she said it's for final decision, but as we checked the status, the updated dates don't change. How many weeks have been under AP? :)

  6. Do you have any update on your case? I had my interview july 11 and they requested for a cenomar which I did in NSO PASAY, they had the document july 22 , then updated dates were july 24, and july 30.. But until now Im still under AP. :(

  7. @Yhan2x ..yeah that makes me wonder.. :( .. Do you think the CO is satisfied that he didnt ask for any proof of relationship? He just asked things like, how and when we met , when was the wedding, how many times my husband visited me, the last time I saw my husband, where he was born, his hobbies, what's his job, if he has children, if i have children (both no), then he gave me a pamphlet to read about domestic violence, then the last thing he asked if Ive been to other country and where,I said yes in Saudi. then he told me that he will cal me again, then my number flashed inn the screen twice and when I was about to go to him the flashed again to window 71 and the Filipino guy handed me the NSO form for Cenomar.

  8. Hi I just want to know if there are some who have the same situation with mine. I had my CR1 interview last July 11, 2014. Been under AP since that day, they asked for CENOMAR which I already processed in the NSO Pasay right after the interview. My husband called the embassy last week about the status, and the lady that he had talked to said to call again after another 2 weeks because the case is for final decision. I was just wondering what might be the cause of taking it too long to decide. ANyway I worked in a hospital in Saudi for 6 years. In our petition, we only submitted 1 proof of relationship (other than the marriage cert) which is the lease contract of the apartment here in the philippines, and during the interview the CO didnt ask for more proofs like pictures and everything. We started the relationship since 2008, and just got married in 2013, we met 5 times and the last time we've met was the day of teh interview, but he was not able to accompany me all throughout the interview because it's his flight at 9:30am that day, and he has to leave at 7am. please I need some enlightenment. Im a bit worried now, why it is taking too long and the CO doesnt have a final decision yet. Your comments will be very much appreciated. Thanks!
