A quick background, also a request

I got married, and followed up getting her here, on a spousal visa, I think K1

She came here, and few months later, became abusive, lazy, demanding etc.

I tried and did what I could do to keep the marriage going, then we had a baby.

The wife came here on Jan 20th, 2017

Now she is visiting her family back home ( with the baby), and I want to divorce her, and hopefully try and revoke her visa, so she cannot come back to the USA

I will support the child fully, I am down with that. Its here that is just plain unbearable. Now in a threatening mode.

Thanks to anyone who has any idea what I should do here, frankly I am scared for myself and my two kids from previous marriage.

I had applied a K1 Fiance visa, which was awarded in about a year and then she came and we were just two different kind of people. It did not work out and she let/went back home and NO marriage took place.

Now I am faced with another issue where I found another woman who would like to marry me and come over to the USA.

I have following questions: -

1. Is there any issue in my case as I did not complete the first fiance and did not marry her?

2. Do I need to wait for any period of time before I apply again?

3. Should I apply for a K1 or K3? As K3 ( Spousal) seems to be taking longer.

We understand that, My ? is what if she just takes off, and stays put. Which I think she intends to.

I went thrugh hops to bring here over. But sadly she turned out to be mentally challenged.

So we are not getting married.

Now she is taking off to some place in the USA.

Do I need to do anything, like inform the INS or the immigration services, etc etc.

Am I obligated?

What did they tell to her ?

In my case they told me visa approved and no 221g paper was given, they put me in ap without give paper.

I have an update, a very important one.

After many months of waiting, I checked around and found out that best way is to ask help from your local congressman's office

They are able to ask the US Embassy in Islamabad directly, and get a reply in a few days.

Its proven in my case, I was waiting for this 2014 election to be over, I went, requested assistance in a very polite and nice way, took very little paperwork with me, just the case numbers etc. They asked Islamabad what was going on. Got a reply the next day, just saying that we are working on it. then in Four days, YES four days later, My fiance' received a call to send in her passport for Visa.

Thanls for the reply. In her interview, she was asked for pictures, her story of how we met, they opened up the website that we met on. She was asked about our relationship. Then told you have a very strong case, but we are putting it on Hold, till we can do AP. She was asked to leave he passport, but she wanted it back because she travels. They said sure we will ask for it once AP is done.
