Hi! I am applying for a K1 visa to enter the US from Mexico and I'm at the point where I fill out the form for the final interview in Ciudad Juarez (in Mexico). One of the questions is"Have you ever been unlawfully present, overstayed the amount of time granted by an immigration official or otherwise violated the terms of a U.S. visa? ",I once overstayed two days on a tourist visa in 2010. I have since then re-entered the US again for a couple of vacations without any problems on the same visa. Should I mention that incident on the question or is it so irrelevant that mentioning it will it hurt my chances? Is it better two say I overstayed two days on the form and explain that it was a miscalculation? Thanks!
