I'm the Guatemalan citizen, I submitted by evidence in Spanish and they have no problem with that. Keep in mind for the actual interview they ask for more papers in Spanish and they don't make you translate them....

Welcome to the forum.
The letter of intent and the Form G-325A have to be original documents with the original signature. Many folks utilize postal services or courier services to obtain those completed documents.
