Orange County, CA. Do we need a marriage license AND a marriage certificate? 

My wife is trying to find out where to report our marriage. We got married in Orange County, CA. But we live in Denver CO. Do we go to the Los Angeles or San Francisco?

Due to some bad advice, my wife and I failed to get a SSN for her in a timely fashion, her I-94 is now expired and we are still waiting on her AOS as we just got an RFE as well. Can she get still get an SSN or does she have to wait until she gets her green card?

hi i live in denver colorado, and i need to file my AOS..but i dont know where to send it off, and i dont have a complete address where to send my AOS forms..thanks in advance, and i really appreciate your help...

Can anyone please help on how much it is to file for the AOS from a K1 visa? Is not easy to find on the government websites.

My wife has been here for 2 years but due to financial hardship, we still haven't filed for AOS. She got here through the K1 program, but am wondering if she can fly inside the US still. I have read that K1 is just for entry and you can travel inside the US without worries, but am not sure if that is true. Don't want to go to the airport and have immigration issues. Please help as we need to travel very soon due to family emergency.
