Hi There!
For my K-1 visa application I need a police clearance certificate for every place I've lived for more than 6 months after the age of 16, correct?
I just wanted to check though....I have a second passport and have dual citizenship for South Africa and Ireland but I have never ever been to Ireland.
I just want to clarify, do need a police clearance for the county I am a citizen of but have never resided in? (Ireland)
Kind regards

Hi There
Two questions...
I just wanted to ask if anyone can give me an estimate of how much the medical examination costs? (Specifically here in South Africa).
Also if I have already had some of those vaccinations in the past, will I have to have them again? Or can my doctor give me some sort of certificate saying I've done them?
Thanks

I am an Irish citizen living and working in South Africa, I met my American boyfriend here in South Africa, he was also here working but he had to go back to the USA for an amazing Job opportunity. I want to go join him so I am investigating all possible routes.....
Firstly I know I can travel there on the ESTA waiver for 90 days but then I'm struggling to find information on what the rules are regarding multiple visits and how long I must wait between visits.
Secondly is it illegal to get married while on the ESTA waiver?
Thirdly he has a good job and could support me but I would prefer to be able to work, would that be possible?

Hi there I need some advice...
I am in the process of applying for adjustment of status (came into the US on K1 visa and got married to a US citizen).
I already have dual citizenship for Ireland and South Africa.
How does this affect my adjustment of status? Or does it only become an issue when applying for citizenship? Do I need to give up one of my other citizenships? I've never heard of anyone having three...
If for some reason I didn't want to give them up, could I continue to live in the US as a permanent resident without applying for citizenship?
