Which still not solve yet. And in the meantime I wonder will I able to drive with a foreign driver license? And just moved to wyoming cause my kid's father's decision,I want to stay close with them. But I have to drive here, cause almost no bus here.If I get pull over will I get deport? I just want to use the foreign driver license while I try to get everything solve.

That's why I'm on this forum, I think at least I get more help from here than from him. So I'll be strong for my kids, step by step to get the green card so I will be able to stay with them. Yes i should know better and i feel so stupid that i wasn't even do research instead just rely on him and believe that he would get the paper done for me. And I know there's no excuses for me that not getting this done so that's why i'm now in such difficult situation. I know there are people working without authorisation in Denver but do you guys know how will i able to get a drivers license?

I think he will still willing to go to the interview with me even will be a bit awkward. Can i somehow get everything aside but somehow EAD done? So i will be able to get him some money for all the forms.

Thanks Merrytooth. He's willing to sign the I-864 before divorce. Only thing stopping him is he said no money for all the forms. That's what upset me these few years. Cause i can't work till he can get that done for me.

Thanks Bill! There's no abuse just the relationship comes to end after 8 years. And i don't want to be deported in case if i don't get the kids i will be still able to see the kids within USA. Other hand, If i bring them with me back to Hong Kong, I would like to bring them back USA to see their father and grandparents sometimes.

Oh my god. This is killing me. I don't mind if i need to back to my country but i don't think he will let me have the kids back with me. So seems the only option i have is file it before divorce. That's another thing he never file for me cause he always say there's no money for that. I don't know what i can really do now. Thanks again.

Thank you, Kzielu. Yes,we are still married but maybe soon not anymore. That's why i start to get scared cause theses few years he's been saying get the green card done for me but nothing. And something happened we might get a divorce so i really don't want to apart with my kids in case he will file a divorce anytime soon.

My name is Kim. I met my husband 8 years ago in Hong Kong when he was in Navy. We have a daughter born in hong kong then we moved to US, i entered US with a tourist visa didn't think we would stay but we end up got married in US. We had some problems so didn't work on green card right away. So my visa is about 4 years expired now. And we have a son born here in US about 3 years ago. My husband and my two kids they are U.S citizen. What can i do to fix this now and what's the fast way to get a driver license?
