Tcarrol got a reaction from SennaBrigante in I-751 July 2016 Filers
I'm in the same situation with my spouse. I'm not worried at all. This was decided by the courts and there would be no reason for Trump to make any attempt to do so, and if he did, could not. Like someone else said, this is deemed constitutional. Sounds like your relationship is going well. That's the really only determining factor for the removal of conditions for a ten year resident card.

Tcarrol got a reaction from MaryBR in Overstayed in the past and now I need a waiver, anyone with similar experience?
We have a similar situation which is posted under I-212 in case you want to take a look. Get a good attorney to file the I-212 waiver. For us, we received approval in about 90 days, then 30 days to be processed within other agencies, and now it's on its way to the embassy for our K1 approval.

Tcarrol got a reaction from A<3A in AUGUST 2014 K-1 FILERS (TSC)
We filed August 16, 2013 last year. It took 9 months to receive our NOA-2. Our attorneys inquired and were told that the police checks take longer. So be prepared that the average 5 month wait time is only a statistic.
