If you need a co-sponsor because you do not meet the 125% poverty guidelines, then they would fill out and sign an I-134 of their own. They would also need to submit the most recent tax return and W2.

BUT...co-sponsors are rarely accepted at USEM. It really depends on your circumstances if they will accept one or not.

the thing is i just recently moved back to the states and i haven't done my income tax.
