Is there a rough amount of money when u say 125% above the poverty line? And what do we need to prepare and bring on the day of interview?

He's work place needed to close down last May 22, he was offered to just resign and will recieve a severance pay, so that's what he did. Who is eligible to be a co sponsor? I am worried, we have a co sponsor in mind right now and he is a friend of my husband, however I am not sure wether this idea will work out

Our Adjustment of status is approaching however my husband who is the petitioner resigned to his work a month ago., will this be a huge issue for my green card application?

I already received my packet of instructions from the consulate. Kindly advise me wether to mail my Certificate of no marriage to the US consul here in Sinagpore or just bring it on the day of my interview?

2months of waiting is just a fingertip comparing to those who waited for 5months and more.

We had our NO1 2nd of July under CSC and it's almost two months now and we are still waiting for our NO2... Its shows in VS journeys stats under CSC that they are already processing July 14th filers... Ours was July 2nd but no news still... So I'm doubtful on how accurate VSJ stats are... I am thinking that CSC is working on those back logged petitions from TSC so they can be with their love ones ...

Hope our case is going to be approved soon...
