Hello, I am a US citizen , I am currently in the process of applying for a green card for my husband. He currently has his work authorization card and is working full time. We are now waiting a date for his green card interview.

I now want to file for my father who lives in abroad but is currently visiting in the USA.

1. Should I wait till my husband has his green card to start the process for my daddy?

2. Can I process another paper work while one is in process ?

3. If so can I start the process while my daddy is on a visiting visa or should he go back home and we do it from there?

I just don't anything interfering with what is going on with my husband. Which can also delay the filing process for me applying for my dad.

I am filing a AOS for my spouse.

I know I need 2 passport photos each for the:

I-485

G-325A

But do I need passport picture of myself, I-130 other than the copy of my USA passport?

Do I need to send cover letter?
