I finished my ds-260 last November. My category is F1 Unmarried sons and daughter of US citizen. According to my uncle we should wait a letter from NVC asking for civil documents. My question is does the NVC send a letter asking for civil documents? I am afraid we are wasting time by waiting for the letter instead sending the civil documents immediately to NVC.
