Hello! I am an American citizen filing a K1 visa for my French fiance. I am worried that I don't make enough money for the Affidavit of Support... Also I have spent the past year in France with no income to show for it... Now I have a steady job working at a daycare but its only been for two weeks. I just want to know exactly what documents are required in the initial petition for the I-134. I have seen different things from different sources such as tax returns or bank statements... And if I do decide to have a co sponsor, which I think I will as my mom said she would do it, what forms does she need to fill out and what supporting evidence and other documents does she need to provide???? Again I am only at the initial petition phase, just want to make sure I have the correct documents for everything.
