Hi everyone, i send my papers and they sent me a letter that i need to send my birth certificate with a translate copy because, all the papers from foreign countries need to be send with their translation, my question is, it needs to be like a profesional translation or is a translation i do myself, have any of you had this problem before???

hey thxs alot, your answers are great thxs alot, the only thing is my A number is not in my base, in the only paper that i see a number that starts with an A is the Form that Homeland Security send me when they send me my aprroved petition about the visa, the number is next to my name, shows like A099051067, that looks to you like an A number?, and about the last question, it says in form I-485 current USCIS status, and i dont know what status im right now, cause im just applying for the Residence, so legaly if i entered the US as fiance, my status is fiance? even if im married now? hope u understan my question

Hi guys, i come here cause you have always helped me in the past, i was a K1, i already got married 3 weeks ago, now im filling the forms, I-485, G-325a and I-864, im almost done but i have a few questions hope someone can help me, one of the forms ask me for my I-94 number i have my I-94 with me but it has 2 different numbers on it any of u know how many digits this name is supposed to be?, the other question i have is it ask me for my visa number but i find the same problem my visa has control numbre a pasport number another number in red and a number in the bottom mix with letters, so im not so sure wich one, probably knowing how many digits then i can pick the correct one, another question is when i got my notificacion I-797 about the visa next to my name comes a A number and in my new forms ask me the A number so i just want to be sure if is that one, for a last question and im sorry for asking so much, the form also ask me my UCSIS current status and i dunno cause well legaly i entered as a fiance, so fiance was my status when i came to US, but now im married so im not fiance, but legally i dont know if my status changed, cause im still not a resident, i hope someone here can help me, thxs alot for your help in the past, and hope someone knows what to do here, the problem is i called the phone number in the UCSIS site, and they told me those kinda questions they arent sure and i better contact a lawyer, so im not sure now, hope someone knows something about this thxs

Hi, well here is my question, i apply for a K1 visa, i got aprove im in the US now and i already got married, i just receive my marriage certificate by mail today, the thing is i dunno what is nbext to get a social security number, and i dont know where to look at, cause i have being trying but i dont find it, if anyone here knows what i need to do i will appreciate it alot, thxs all for your help

Hi all, well finally in 2 weeks im moving to US, i got my K1 aproved on february 2006, but i had some things here to finish so i can move, finally i found someone to replace me at work, and finish all my papers here, i already pack and my fiance comes on April the 27th to pick me up and we planning to get married around May 25, im really excited and happy, and i just wanted to tell all of you cause thxs to this forum i didnt felt so alone in this hard and long process, i will finally live with the love of my life.

For the people here that are in the begining of their process, just be patiente all will work out good, its long but at the end the reward is amazing, i will keep in touch and post my weeding pics
