Hello to everyone,
so I think there are quite many people in tthis forum who reached 5 month wait. I wanted to ask if it is true that now we can start calling TSC and contact other intsitutions to try to move the case faster? I have read that people write to senators and ask for their help. Does anybody know anything about this?
thanks!

hi guys! could anybody explain to me why TSC is getting slower and slower everyday? knowing that new cases are being trasferred to CSC it seems very odd to me ....

for those who are at TSC and waiting for who knows how long - guys what would you recommend to do while waiting (like are there any specific forms and so on that could be done while waiting so once you are approved you can save some time in order to be able to move to the US as soon as possible)? Thanks!

guys, I have a question. So after you get a NOA2 and then how much time does it take for you to get a visa (like when could you expect to fly over to the US). Thanks!
-
at what point is the check being cashed? I am asking because we already got our NOA1 (22nd of December) and today my fiance checked if our check has been cashed and its not. Thanks!

A touched date means that someone at the Service center looked at or "Touched" your application, does not mean you were approved or anything, just that someone looked at it.
Good Luck
I just have a question about this - how do you if somebody "touched" your case? Where is it written? Thanks!
And congratulations to all speedy approvals! you guys are so lucky!

oh wow!!! I am so sorry to hear about this.. Unfortunately, we already have sent I-129F and we got NOA1 and our file was transfered to TSC ... So I guess we can't do anything about this anymore...
I hope you will get your NOA2 soon!

thanks! I guess the best thing right now is not to get frustrated and just hope everything will turn out fine
Good luck for you!

sorry, yes I mean CSC.
Thans for your responses

I am not angry ... yet! maybe it's because I don't know that much about the process yet or maybe its because I just got noa1 and I am not waiting too much yet. But again seeing some people getting their noa2 in less than a month and others waiting for six makes me upset a little bit.
So if my fiance lives in North Carolina, then is that tsc or scs? lol
-
and so does anyone know why there is such a huge wait between tsc and scs?
-
thanks for the answer! its much clearer now although, its still interesting the wait time varies so much (and not all of them are from Philippines)... less than a month and 6 months or more. It's not that I am angry ot anything, I just want to understand how it works!
thank you guys!

I am sorry, I am new to this topic and we just sent our I-129F form recently. Why is it better to send your application to CSC than others? And why does it matter that beneficiary is from the Philippines?

Hi guys,
I have a question for you. I am going through this timeline ( http://www.visajourn...tion=1&sortby=2). At the beginning of the website is says "Last 15 Approved I-129F K1 Filers at the Texas Service Center" and if you look at the time they waited to get their 2NOA - it's about 5-6 months. But then if you go at the very bottom of the website (and let's take December, 2014), you can see that the same wait is MUCH shorter (not even a month) that for above mentioned couples. Could anyone explain why that is? And how it works?
Thank you for your answers!

hi! so I am not quite sure what is the deal with calling to NVC. Do I have to call or I might as well just wait for changes on Uscis page? Also if I may call, what number am I supposed to call? Also on USCIS website it is said that our case was sent to Department of State. Is this the same thing as NVC?
I am sorry for probably silly questions, but it just seems to much information at the moment!
Thank you!
