I am in the same situation. I paid the AOS fee 4 weeks ago. My lawyer says we should wait for the IV processing fee to become available and paid before sending in the package. He says it will delay things if we do otherwise.
Questions:
1) Does it usually take this long for the IV fee to open up? What is typical?
2) Is the lawyer correct? Is it inadvisable to send the package before the IV fee is paid?
