After getting a request for evidence in early august, TSC recieved my response sept 4th, and we got accepted sept 11th . Almost an 8 month wait, in the last two months i had my congressman hassling tsc for me, im not sure if it helped. Just wanted to share hoping it can keep others positive! I was worried, they said allow 60 days for a response to my new evidence, but it took just over a week. Hoping its smooth sailing from here! Hang in there everyone, keep on keepin on!

I recieved a request for evidence today (after over 6 months) .... I was very sure I filed all our paperwork properly and provided all necessary documents... does any have an idea what they might be looking for? It hasnt come in the mail yet, and I cant get a rep on the phone on a saturday...

Also, if I give them what they want right away, this isnt like starting a new 5 month wait is it? Man oh man! Feeling excited to finally get a response, but also disapointed it wasnt the noa2....

My cell phone number has changed since I filed back in February.... I want to update it so I can recieve my text alert that im hoping comes any day now...

Do I have to go through the whole online change of address proccess on uscis.com? I havent moved, just a new number, and im reluctant to make any changes to my online profile this late in the game, im afraid it will slow down the proccess even more!

Anyone go through this?

I couldnt help but notice, this morning, the TSC noa1 date processed jumped from jan 28 to feb 10. My NOA1 was feb 3.... should I be worried? Im going to call today during business ours, but I think most of us have experienced how disapointing those calls can be.

Ive noticed a few posts about being accepted by people with dates a day before mine, two days after....congrats....but man id like to get in that group!!
