We seems to be much waiting for approval from the uscis. I and my wife filed on May 26 and we haven`t gotten the NOA2. The case is in Nebraska. All the centres are kinda slow. We have no choice than to exercise some little more patience and keep praying for the best. Best of luck to us all

I got an NOA1 since May 30 but kind of worried if I am still on the right track with the USCIS. Do I need to make a call through to them or wait on when I will be approved? Do you have an idea on how long it takes to be approved by Nebraska center? Advice needed please.

On May 26, 2015, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number LIN1*********and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by June 25, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. I have a cousin who just mailed an application to Chicago Lockbox and it was delivered by USPS last week Wednesday. But, since then he hasn't gotten a notification from USCIS. Is anything wrong or has anyone experienced this lately? Would appreciate your advice. Thanks

It is not K1 visa. It is marriage visa. It consists of the form I-130, G325 and also the notification form.

Hi Everyone, I am filing K1 visa for my fiance and as a sponsor, I make just $14,000 a year and i still have a job. I need you to enlighten me more, maybe i`m qualified enough that the application will be approved or do i still need a relative to support me? Thank you

Thank you all. I earn 12,000 a year and get $1000 as child support every month. Does the child support add up or i will still need to find a joint sponsor?

What i meant by family support is that, any member of my family, Like my mom said she can be a joint sponsor if it can work. Yes, I get $1000 for child support and earn $12,000 a year.

Can someone please enlighten me. i really need to get a concrete answer so i don`t make mistake. I was just told that my family support cannot be counted in the Affidavit of Support when filing for my partner and i read that i will need to get a joint sponsor who makes the required 125% of poverty level income. Since my family cannot be counted. Who do you think i can use as a joint sponsor? A friend or who, I seems to be kind of confused.
