  1. Congratulation on your Visa approval. My wife interview is may 8th. Was the interview easy? did they ask a lot of questions? my wife is a little nervous about the interview. Is there some advice you can give?

Hi the interview was easy and the questions are all about your relationship... like how/when did you meet each other, how long is your relationship before you get married etc... all the consul are nice so norhing to worry about.

Goodluck on your wife's interview ;)

  2. how did you sail through uscis so very quickly? I was looking at your timeline and pow!!! 35 days...that's amazing!!! please do tell!!

i am so very pumped for you!!!! god bless!

yes, of course, but remember the medical has an expiry date, so if you plan on sticking around canada prior to your poe make sure you make the timelines. if your doing it in a city where bookings are made like 3 weeks advance, yip, i'd be calling to secure a date now, you can always cancel and book further into the future. yyz docs are pretty easy to get into. not sure about yvr or yul.

    Thanks for the info ;)

  3. I am still having a bit of a dilemma about which form should I use for AOS, plain I-864 or the I-864EZ.

I am the petitioner and am only petitioning my wife alone.

I am using only my earnings to qualify with NO joint sponsor.

Shall I use the I-864EZ then? Anyone here sent I-864EZ personally?

  4. I had the same question and called NVC to ask exactly this.

They said you should send copies of your tax returns and copies of the W2s.

I asked... can I just submit the online transcripts? They answered... no.

So, personally, I am sending copies of the tax returns and the online transcripts.

It is better they have extra information than have to wait (I don't know how long) for them to review your case after they had missed documents.

    Hey... one question...

How long does it take for the IV fee be available for payment?

I've been waiting 7 days already.

  5. I am the USC spouse :D I know 1 latest tax yr would suffice but not sure if the one you get from IRS online transcript would be enough. but i have employment letter and pay stubs already.

Oh ok im not really sure if online will do.. coz my husband got his copy from his tax guy..

You should go to march thread.. i think most of them can help you abd give u info that u need ;)

  6. Thank You! :) one more question, can I just submit them the IRS transcript that you can get online and print? or does it have to be an official one?

i think For that one if im not mistaken.. you should ask your USC spouse (petitioner) for his/her tax returns for the 3 latest tax year.

I dont know about online transcript coz my husband got his from his tax agent.
