Hi guys, mine is for my mom she passed her interview on 6/11 but until now whenever I check the ceac web it still says "READY" no update since 6/11. I already called and emailed the embassy but not sure if the visa system issue is fix. So, I guess we are stock here. I am worried that her medical will expire in a month and no visa issue in hand . I am so dying to get her here...

I was just confused because my household will be 3 (technically), It would be ME (petitioner), Mother and father.

Is this form intended for 1 form per applicant?

Here's my background:

07-29-14 - I130 sent

07-30-14 - arrived the USCIS

09-25-14 - I130 approved

10-14-14 - NVC rec'd (verified by calling)

I am pretty sure its your household number not including your parents, there is also instruction for that when you download the form.

Hi. we are in the same boat, I also filed for my moms case sometime in July, USCIS approved my case in 9/2 since then I did not get any update to where my case it, but What I did is I keep emailing NVC for how many times I did not get any reply but instead they sent me email of the case number that has been assigned and the welcome packet as well as the AOS fee instruction last week. Can I ask you did you include your email address when you fill-up F-I130? If so then yuo just need to wait coz they will eventually send you email on what to do next. But keep trying to contact them they also has these email asknvc@state.gov when you email them include the petitioners name and dob and the applicants name and dob but in the subject line you need to write the receipt number from your approved letter from uscis. Good luck.

I am filling out the ds260 for my mom and dad , I am a bit stuck on the part that ask for mailing address. I am the petitioner , do I have to put my parents mailing address in the Philippines? or should I put the address here in the US?I have attached a copy of that section in ds260. Thank you

Hi, I have a quick question for you,,,I recently got approved for my moms petition it was last August 30, 2014 and I am waiting for the NVC update and its been more than a month and I haven't heard anything. Did the NVC sent you the case number first or the DS 260? If so how long and how? Is it thru mail or email? Thank you.
