  1. I called and they said I need to wait at least 60 days before they can help me (I called just before that) I need to call again, but they have refused to talk to me without my husband present which is difficult with work schedules

Thank u for replying, and if u don't mind I need to know about removing condition; did u start that for ur husband or u should wait to get the GC first?

U know I called them and the asked about the receipt no in order to know the status of the green card. Do u have receipt no?? If u do, then how did u get that??

    Thank u in advance

  2. Thank you marvigaym for answering / CRBA interview was very tough i provided every singel evidance that i have and still the CO wasn't satisfied and accually am living in USA since 2007 and all my family is their only my husband is in saudi arabia that's why i come to riyadh frequently and becouse of his decision i had to stay away from my family for more than a year so if you are planning to give birth to your baby in saudi arabia be prepared with very strong evidance

Oh god.... Y they would complicate it like that, I really don't know where I will be having the baby, because NVC didn't schedule interview for me in Riyadh? and I'm in my 7th of pregnancy. That is so stressful, but what to do... I wish the approval for u this time...

  3. Hi everyone

My 1year old baby interview will be in 3 days in riyadh embassy . I am a us citizen and i delivered my baby in riyadh i applied for CRBA but it was denied as the counselar wasn't satisfied with my evidance for 5 years of physical presence so i applied for I130 . Any advice regarding what i should take with me to the interview and also that i have been in riyadh for more than year becouse i couldn't leave my baby, is that is going to affect my baby interview

    Thank you

    Hi,

Did u try emailing them asking about the reqired documents? I think that would be helpful...

I wish the best for u and ur little baby...

  4. @ marvegiyam No actually delta airlines has no restrictions unless the pregnancy has some kind of complications but they still recommend a doctors report. You should be fine in that aspect as my wife is also 7 mnts right now. I alwys fly Delta airlines and have never used any other airlines in terms of international trips and the re very good airlines... if you do get interview before the baby you should be fine. My worries was only if the baby comes before the interview.

Let us see for these interviews, I hope we will be hearing soon from NVC.,,
  5. Hi @ marvegiyam you said yours is quite similar. I didn't quite understand. Are you the beneficiary waiting for the interview or your husband.which country? Just keeping my fingers crossed as i really dnt know what will be the outcome of all this.

Yes I'm the beneficiary waiting for interview to be scheduled, many things in my life waiting for this interview ?so the samilarity is the pregnancy, and I might not be able to travel, but my husband is U.S. citizens...

  6. Yes i did ask for expedite but it was rejected. I didn't think i stood a chance as pregnancy is not really a reason but it was just an email away so i gave it a shot and it was rejected. Right now all I'm just counting on is to get an early interview if she do get it i can get a doctors permission and look for an airline but all that i doubt will happen with the present situation at NVC interview scheduling. You said CRBA dont take long. Do you think the baby qualify for it in my case? And even if i get it on time can i get the interview anytime sooner? Is just one in many questions i really dnt know how to go about. On the interview day if she goes with the baby will they ask her if she wants to go along with her visa interview or go get the baby document? Any ideas? Thanks for your response

    Hi,

Ur situation is samilar to mine with my husband, I'm pregnant in the 7th months and have a lot worries ?. I just wish the things get better for all of us...

  7. Depending on embassy caseload, anywhere from several days to a few weeks after case complete

    Thanks

For IR1/CR1 NVC does the scheduling not the embassy. Currently some embassies are being scheduled for September. I anticipate some more scheduling this week and next week. Look at the spreadsheet for your embassy so you can gauge the time frame from CC to interview schedule.

Thanks a lot?I wish I will have soon
