i am under the class visa of k-1. after 10 days as i go over and checked the stamps on my passport on my POE, the stamp that the CBP officer put was F-1 but on my I-94 form, my class of visa they put is correct which is k-1. any complication will happen soon especially during the application for AOS?

confused now what to do..

good day. i need some piece of advice. anyone there could share me what his/her experiencde on his/her first flight as a k-1 visa holder starting from NAIA TERMINAL3 to ANY US AIRPORT? help me please. one more thing, is also a k-1 visa holder need to fill up the departure card? sharing to me your detailed experiences is highly appreciated. what do you mean on this, " passport has been received from the consular section and is currently being processed for delivery" ?

checking and tracing passport with the use of case number, passport number, or sending email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com are not useful. the result is just always no status update. any other ways to trace the passport/visa?

( note: the update of my visa to issued status was august 4,2014)

That means your visa is in final processing...

Give it 2-3days to track your case # visa 2go...

But it always depend if your visa is already printed... Then they sent back to the embassy after then embassy will release your packet to 2go courier...

Take note: some members here had problems tracking their packet for like a week or more still at ISSUED status and did not receive their passport yet...

Well just keep on praying and i hope you will get them soon...

I had a feeling you might get it this week... I hope so...

Mine was 2days at ISSUED then when i track my case # ar 2go it says in transit the day after received my packet and visa on hand....

i've got my ISSUED status yesterday and i want to check and track my visa/passport but once i enter my passport number or tried to enter my manila case # but there is no status update available for the passport number submitted. what does it mean? any other way to check my visa/passport and trace?

during the interview, they ask me to submit the original copy of the birth cert,CENOMAR, etc. they said they will return all those documents together with the visa once they deliver your visa. is it really true? those documents are still useful, i really need the original. confused again.

CEAC has had problems...the system crashed last weekend. The State Department is working on it. It may take a while. This has affected all embassies around the world. The system is operating at 1/2 speed right now. You should have received an email from the US Embassy explaining the problem and warning of possible delays.

From what I know that is normal. Ceac will at least show AP for a while.

It did for our case too. It could have hardly been more than a few hours though. Then it said issued. So I wouldn't be too worried yet. In most cases that means they're printing it right now.

i'm done already my interview last july 24,2014. it went smoothly, no problem at all. the CO approved my visa and no 221(g) but i had question about my visa status. why i went to AP if my visa was already approved? they checked again our case and something went wrong all of a sudden? anyone there that experienced same on me? please relief my worries.. GOD BLESS..
