Interviewww scheduled finally..i jus called n found outt...its on 2nd september 2014..i asked when am i gonna get the email..she said they just scheduled it right now so ill get it in couple of days..i cudnt believe my ears...soo happyyyy..

I think they just started scheduled..people call back today after some time...

CC date is 6Aug, i have not received the CC email , expecting to receive it today.

My case was completed on july 30th and i m still waiting for an interview date i m hoping to get a date these week ?

Even though NVC has your Police Certificate and even if it isn't expired yet, I would have one with you any way for the interview. I took all my documents with me to the interview and they asked for everything all over again, even though I saw everything right in front of the CO. They even asked for another AOS (I hadn't signed it, so I signed it and dated it) and all the proof I sent in with it.

Thank u for replying ? but my husband lives in sydney NSW and police station doesnot give u a copy of police clearance certi they send it straight to us embassy in sydney ? but my husband have a copy of each n every paper we submitted to USCIS and NVC ? i m planning to call NVC first thing in the morning tomorrow and ask them whts going on ?

Hi Dharagomzi - it's usually between 4 to 6 weeks. PCOZ have theirs in 4 weeks. Ours was 4 weeks from Case Complete. But others were 6 weeks. They only interview on Tuesdays.

Hi sukie when it comes to police clearance part stage wht did u exactly do.Like just a police certi like fill out a form n get a police clearance certi or police certi and finger print scan too? We have to get just a police clearance certi from police station right? Did u do ur finger print scan?

Yes I called on Aug 1st. But the interview had been scheduled on July 30th.

So hopefully, you should have yours too.

I've still not receieved the email though.

I got an email abt police certi. So i called NVC and talked with jena she said its just an reminder tht u guys have to do this and if u have done it already than dont worry abt it. I contact embassy in Sydney and made sure my husbands police certi tht if they received it and i got a reply saying they do have it... But today again i got a same email from NVC again abt police certi..?

They called we all call because the letter comes 1 to 2 days later and well when we know they are scheduling we like to find out ASAP. Because you were so late and scheduling had started you may not be in the September pool no one can tell for sure. It's a wait and see kind of thing.

Well I see people Case Complete 7/24 and before got dates. It's all about where you are in the queue and how many slots there are.

Have you called NVC to see if Australia is done with scheduling?

I was just on phone with a Rep. At nvc he said i m in line to schedule an interview once they schedule an interview date they will let me know lets hope for the best and thank u for replying ?

We finally got our interview! September 2nd.

Unfortunately, my husband did his medical in mid March and it is only good for 6 months to POE. We may be pushing our luck, especially with visa hold ups.

Did anyone else do a medical well before the case complete and interview?

Hello everyone i have been following this forum, its very helpful!! my case was completed on july 30th and i am waiting for interview date from US embassy in Australia. Does anyone know how long does it takes to get interview schedule.
