uscis request evidence that bears our marriage name like house, taxes, insurance and or bank account but is bely four months now since we got married. do anybody have any idea or who has been there....need help

I am in Administrative Processing for 1 year 7 months! and there is no sign of it coming to an end anytime soon.....

wow.....that too long.......is it a new file or you hv been interview before? i was dined a visa and then they re approve it. its been four months now and the last update was 6th August 2014......has your been updated recently? Thanks very much.

there is only a few reasons why you would be denied and they should have gave you a paper stating it while returning your documents to you. For your case to be in administrative process is not a denial per se but they need more information to process your visa. This does take up to 6mos or more depending on multiple things such as a case back up.

well i think i have to wait then.....it has been updated this 6th August but the status of administrative process still remain the same...... have you got your visa yet or attend interview ?

No the return my passport back to me and told me they will send my file back to USCIS...so i wrote to uscis and 2 months time they approve another visa.......that's what am waiting for because the last update was June 19 and nothing has come again. is still showing administrative process...am kind of distress.....They did not tell me why am being dined....i asked for so many times but she only said she can't give me a visa......

i only need to know how long your administrative process last..... is been 4 months now and my is still on administrative process.... my visa a re-approved one.

Anyone here with your visa is currently going under administrative process?
