Yes sure add me there, i will send u my complete timeline, yes i had interview before bio and interview was 10 minutes long officer was just checking if i have any criminal history and planning to visit my country in middle east or if were outside of states stuff like that, and next week i had an bio and no answer so far.., i got an interview date week after filing my ROC and next week bio..,

same thing happens to me my ead and aos were touched on 04/25/2010 and i already had a interview, actually my interview was before biometric appointment.., and after biometric 2 touches on my I751 and then on sunday EAD and AOS i dont know whats going on, thanks

hi all i dont know if its normal or not but i notice my first NOA which said my card is extended for a year have different application number and that one dosent work for online case status but biometric appointment letter have different application number i mean file number start lke WAC-----------

but i thought they take pictures at biometric so why do they need my two passport size pics and passport at interview?

If you have recent biometrics (i.e within the last 15 months) for any reason, such as application for Reentry permit, they don't need your biometrics again.

nope no biometric at all maybe they are sending me another letter but no i did not had any fingerprinting anywhere

They randomly select people for interview and it seems you've been selected. The fact that they asked for joint living evidence and passport makes it seem that way. Just gather your evidence and since you have a bonafide marriage, you shouldn't lose sleep ovet this. GO GET EM...

Hello i need some help, i filed I-751 10 days ago and got NOA saying my resident status is extended for one year, but no biometric but they sent me letter saying please come at the time and place indicated below in connection with an official matter, and asking me to bring passport, spouse, green card, and 2 photos, and prove of joint living,and says leave your letter in the interview drop box and an officer will call your name, this is strainer interview without biometric, can anyone help me whats going on any answer is highly appreciated thanks,

i had a interview last month and my online status said files transfered to local office for processing cos they have jurisdiction over case.., so i had interview and they told me pending security checks.., but guy told me he will recommended approval but now after a month my online status changed today and this said

question is my case was transfered in February and in April i had interview there were no touches and anything but what they transfered now? i guess file was transfered a long time ago the officer had it in front of him at time of interview what is this new transfer is for? thanks for your answers

The only way to get it is contact Bladia of your area i mean the area where u born in Pakistan.., they will give u translated in english duplicate copy if u r in their record only Baldia of town issue Birth Certificates if u were from karachi then Karachi Birth Record center can issue you a Birth Certificate

Wanted to add my 2 cents worth for people on "Admin Processing" ... about 2 months back I attended a community meeting with the FBI setup by the Hartford, CT Pakistani community. During the Q&A session, the FBI agent specifially mentioned that often the USCIS will delay cases on "name check" by saying that they're waiting on the FBI. According to her, the FBI processes all requests within a couple of days and they aren't the reason for the holdup. Doesn't really help in finding out where the delay is, but you can eliminate one agency.

The long delays r actually after interview and so many agencies do a name check ys fbi is pretty fast

Hello guys here is my Question.., One guy who is citizen of Pakistan applied K1 visa on Pakistani Passport in Us embassy islamabad and had interview and approved but security checks pending and then after all of this He got citizenship of Saudi Arabia too but he have to go to KSA for get fresh passport and national Identy Card of KSA.., now what Will he have to come back Islamabad when they will ready for issue the visa or He can have Case transfer to Saudi Arabia and get visa on Saudi Arabian passport? shed some light on it thanks for ur reply in advance

Our case transferred to ISB (both electronic and physical file). ISB said today they haven't received the physical file yet. How long it takes to acknowledge receipt of physical file?

His Father is a citizen of Saudi Arabia (Saudi) but Mother is pakistani so He have Pakistani citizenship (by birth) but now Behalf of his father He got citizenship of KSA

yes i'm going through same thing.., so far 4 time this happend to me in july i got letter for new medical and police certificates i sent them and again i'm on security checks for 4rth time..,

Haha yes nothing is free but in Karachi this is less expensive 1000 or some places 700 to 800 and i got clearness report in one day.., if u wont pay they will give u runs

Police Certificate

Hi all I just wanted to share with you my expereince in getting a police certificate in Karachi, Pakistan

My wife went to the police station in covering her town and in my wife's case it was shahrae-Faisal, Karachi Police station.

She was told to bring the following:

Photocopy of Interview letter

2 1X1 Photos of her

2 photos of two neighbors that can vouch for her character

Id card copies of: Her, Her Dad and both of the neighbors

Once all of the above were taken to police station she was given a form which asked for the following:

Her name, address and signature

Her Father's name, address and signature

The neighbor's names, addresses and signatures

She was given the certificate the next by the Police station

wow she needed thats all haha i just gave them two photos haha and had certificate same day within hour from shahre Faisal police station haha..., show a little gifts they will do anything haha
