If you have gotten all your shots at a panel physician (the place you went to get your medical done), then they should have giving you a vaccination worksheet on what vaccines they administered. It's an attachment to the DS-3025. Your medical results are supposed to be accessible to USCIS after you cross the border (or so I have previously read).
The embassy kept my fiance's vaccination sheet from the clinic and he received it back after he picked up his visa. If you had your vaccinations at a family doctor, then make sure you include a copy of those shots in your AOS.
I got my vaccinations done at my family doctor before going to a panel physician so I wouldn't have to pay more. I did the complete medical and all they did was take blood to prove immunity. But there is a separate sheet that the panel physician would have given me, correct? I remember seeing one after I picked up results, I can't seem to find it anywhere is all.

Im not sure if this question has been asked before but Im applying for AOS from a K1 visa, and I've kept all my papers in order and in one place but it says I need the vaccination page from my medical examination. I passed the medical examination back home with no problem and remember the sheet but now all I have is the CD... is this all I need because I thought this was only the chest X-ray? I thought maybe they had taken the sheet at my interview but now its asking for it.
If anyone can please confirm what exactly they are asking for I would really appreciate it! If I do need it and can't find it anywhere, is there anything I can do it?? Thanks in advance for anyones help and opinion!

I received my k1 visa last week and all of my things are in storage. I have a 1bedroom apartment worth of stuff and me and my fiance have decided to move it all down with me as he likes my furniture better
All of the options we are looking at are $600-1000 plus. With the visa fees and wedding costs this is just not feasible.
Are there any fellow Canadians who moved their stuff across a land border? And fairly inexpensive? If so, how?! Is it worth it for me to leave it in storage until we have the money in a few months... I figured it's easier to cross with my stuff because I have no clue how to bring my stuff over after I have crossed the border.
The second option is not really desirable since I feel like being in his apartment without my belongings will make me homesick. If anyone has any experience or suggestions I would really appreciate it!

Thanks, Sara, for your input ?
No problem at all! Have you had your interview yet?

Mine's been issued for 3 days now and still no tracking no.

I don't specifically for the Brazil embassy what it will be like but I brought all those documents and 3+ years of tax returns, pay stubs, employment letters, proof of domicile and the Montreal consulate only took the last year of taxes. I asked if they needed anything else for the i134 and they said no. Of course it's always better to be over prepared then under prepared. If you can't get a letter just print off the last few months- I wouldnt stress too much about that. My fiancé has quite a bit in savings and stocks and they didn't even ask for proof! Good luck

Yikes... After reading all the replies lately I am a little hesitant to post this as I don't want to tread on any toes but merely share the good news and some hope!
I had my interview on June 30th.. That day, they had a case creation date and it went directly into AP. I checked it yesterday as everything was closed for Canada day and nothing. But today when I checked the status changed to issued! I am in shock that it took merely two days!! Montreal seems to be moving quite quickly- when I asked the consular officer how long to receive my passport back he told me 1-2 weeks so Montreal must be close to getting back to their normal processing times.
I know this entire process is frustrating for everyone but there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

So tomorrow is my interview at the Montreal consulate- I can't believe it's already here! But I had a few questions and needed some confirmation from some well knowledged people.
I have the follow in my binder- my birth certificate, criminal record check, medical results and immunization records. I have the U.S. Petitioners i134, tax returns, letter from employer, pay stubs, bills to prove domicile, passport copy, divorce decree. I have my DS160 but I made an error (question where it asks if I have any direct relatives living in the states- I accidentally put no even though fiancé counts as one). Due to the recent issues I haven't been able to redo this form so should I just inform the consulate officer I am speaking to?
I also have pictures + air plane boarding passes in there as well as pocket 3 & 4.
Last question I swear! I paid the fee when I was booking my appointment and have a confirmation of the payment. Do I need to pay anything else at the interview? And I have two visa style photos, is this enough for Montreal? I know there is a machine in the consulate so I'm wondering whether to bring some change!
Sorry for such a long post and thank you to anyone who reads it and responds!! You guys have been such a tremendous help throughout this process!

Mexican was ? sorry I wasn't clear about that! I'm still waiting to hear about Montreal too
The Mexican was or Montreal was!?

wondering the same thing... Will be following this post ?
Someone mentioned on the dos Facebook page she called the Mexican embassy and they told her it was a part of the 22.

Let me know how your interview goes!!! Mine is next Tuesday and I've started to compile some things as well! I figured Montreal is a very low fraud consulate so I probably don't need to front load as much!

I was just about to post this but you beat me to the good news ? I wanna know what 22 posts have been restored!!! Fingers crossed for Montreal.

Update for June 22: Hello, everyone. Thank you for you patience today. You can read the full text of today's update on our website, linked below.
As you are aware, we are still in the process of resolving technical problems with our visa systems. Though some progress has been made, biometric data processing has not been fully restored.
As of noon today, 22 posts have been reconnected, representing about half of the global nonimmigrant visa volume. All our servers appear to bestable. There is a large backlog of cases to clear, but we have already made good progress. We will continue to bring additional posts online until connectivity with all posts is restored.
Our team continues to work on this 24/7 to restore the systems to full functionality. We are striving to have the system fully connected sometime this week.
We deeply regret the inconvenience to you, and we recognize the hardship to those of you who are waiting for visas, your family members, and your employers in the United States.

Wow... That wait is awful. Thank you for the helpful info!
So basically you can put it in queue but if you remove it it's back of the line if I understand correctly?
-
I'm not sure about the answer to your question, sorry
but did Montreal give you a timeline of when approximately you would have it? I have my interview at the end of the month and am nervous as I have a trip planned afterwards.
I would assume that you probably wouldn't be able to cross without the original passport but someone else posted that they requested to pick up their passport by a certain date if it wasn't done at the U.S. Embassy!

This is exactly how I feel. My interview is on the 30th and every day that passes with no news gives me more anxiety. My fiancé thinks I'm crazy and everything will be okay but the U.S. Doesn't prioritize properly. ? I hope they come up with a solution soon
I'm just so nervous that my interview will be cancelled, it's on June 25th. Everyday I wake up and have anxiety to look at my email because I'm afraid it's gonna say they've cancelled it...not that I've been sleeping much lately anyway...this is like some really bad nightmare I can't escape from.
I suppose I shouldn't complain, so many have it so much worse than I do.

That's fantastic! Good luck

I've been on this site since last year and I've never heard of a case being sent to Vermont. I would wait at Texas service centre because chances are it'll probably be sent back there. I know the wait seems long but USCIS is a gamble. We got approved just under the 6 month mark and yet people are still waiting from September. You just never know. Remember the longest wait is for your NOA2, after that everything speeds up!
Edited to add: my fiancé is from New Jersey which is WAY closer to Vermont then Texas but we still ended up in Texas.

How long has it been? I waited two weeks and then emailed the Montreal consulate asking them to send correspondents through email moving forward. They didn't respond for 7 business days. I called the NVC and they told me that had sent something out a few days ago. When I sent Montreal my email I had done the ds160 and included the bar code number. They emailed me back with Packet 4 and asking for a scanned copy of my birth certificate. So I did that a few weeks ago and I have been able to go my medical and my interview is less then two weeks away.
Montreal consulate is really slow- they don't take calls about K1s and they take quite some time to respond to their emails. I got my packet 3 last week in the mail, as did my fiancé. You might be best to email, just my two cents
I was really anxious to get the ball rolling!
(Edited to add: from packet 3, all they requested was the ds160 number and a scanned copy of my birth certificate)

I'm not from Vietnam but when I received packet 3 from Montreal I made sure to have ALL those vaccinations including travel ones that weren't provided under our free health care system here in Canada. When the nurse did my blood work and I showed my updated piece of paper, she said the consulate asks for the vaccines but doesn't require them all and they will all be required down the road. I was slightly annoyed as I got 8 vaccines in one day, but better to be prepared especially since (most of) it was free. better to be safe then sorry!
Also the reason for doing bloodwork (I thought it was to prove immunity) was to test for syphillis. I asked the nurse out of curiosity and that's what she told me. Good luck to you!

I`m sorry I wish I had better news
On the other hand since they mention the 10 days it might not be as bad as we all thought, in a long process like ours, a few weeks is peanuts. Months would be gut wrenching but I can deal with a few weeks.
Good luck with your visa either way! Do you have an interview scheduled already?
It's not your fault! What 10 days did they mention? Thank you so much, my interview is actually scheduled for June 30th and we planned our wedding for August 1st... I know you should never plan in advance until you have your visa, but we are so excited and figured a month is more then enough time to receive my passport back considering we have a very straight forward case and I am from Canada. I'm hoping that maybe this will be sorted by then otherwise I'm really nervous that if I give in my passport I won't even be able to attend my own wedding. We've already been waiting months, a few weeks is fine. Because of this now, we are cutting it really close.
Ah, the emergency passport, I see what you mean now.

DAMNIT ?

Delays in Overseas U.S. Passport Processing
Due to a systems issue affecting global passport operations, there is currently a delay in the printing of U.S. passports that were approved at overseas passport facilities. Applications accepted at U.S. Embassies or Consulates on or after May 26, 2015 are affected by this delay. If you applied for a U.S. passport during this time frame and have travel plans within the next 10 business days, please consider requesting an emergency passport at the consulate or embassy at which you originally applied. If you need to apply for an emergency passport please contactOttawaACS@state.gov.

I've been looking and trying to find it on montreals website but I haven't found it. Am I completely blind or is it not up there?
-
My interview is June 30th at the Montreal consulate... Wondering if anyone here has been affected by it? I'm really hoping it'll be resolved by then... Our wedding is August 1, it's cutting it close, I know.
-
So I read on a post that you pay the visa fee at the interview (not sure the amount?) but when I logged in to book my interview and I clicked the K1 option I paid the fee then and there. Did I just waste $265?! Or is this the fee you generally pay later on at the consulate. I'm slightly freaking out and now the page is on something about the ds260? Should I try and get ahold of Montreal embassy to see if I can fix this.
Thanks in advance for your help.
K1 arrival plan - NJ
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

I just came across this post now, and moved to East Brunswick NJ a few months ago! I didn't even realize that you could apply for a SSN the day after POE. We got married and are filing our AOS after our i94 expired (Due to financial issues) but since my i94 is expired is there anyway for me to get a SSN even though my i94 is expired or do I have to wait till I get AOS? I figured this might be a good place to ask since everyone here is from NJ!
