well husband made it to interview in Jerusalem. denied based on overstay when he was in the Us before.

so just about 2.5 years to get to this day and now must do waiver so at best guess end of summer 2015 or fall he might be back home with me. sad day

Im so sorry to hear that. For how long did he overstay in US?

Thanks Saylin, that was my understanding too, I am wondering how common is a three-week wait, Paris not being the busiest embassy.

Follow up the embassy every other day (I kept emailing) ask for any updates.

I am very grateful to find this forum/community. Through VJ I have learned 3 important things:

1. Using the app hangout dialler, so I can call NVC without having to worry of phone charges

2. That there's such a thing called "EXPEDITE" never knew I can expedite my case!

I got my CC 8th of December, and consulate received 10th of December.

Last scan date (checklist) - October 24 (EB3 visa)

Hi any idea if for employment based petition..the waiting period was also the same as you guys =) I see very seldom posts on the work section that is why im reading all your posts here just to have an idea regarding the length of case completion..I was also given the 60 day waiting period.. Hope you can share your thoughts..My scan date is October 14.And by the way you guys are way too lucky because I have waited for more than 6 years before I reached the case completion stage due to retrogression..=) feeling positive with all your inputs here

Sorry fir late reply. It is not asking me to invite nvc nor add nvc in my contact list. What i do is just dial +16033340700. But hangout works differently in different countries. Like my friend from nz cannot use hangout because it is not free to call nvc from nz using hangout.

Try magicjack app. They say its free also but i do not have any idea because i have not used it.

I used HANGOUT DIALER. I just used it today to call NVC (Im from NZ too)

What do you say so that a supervisor review your case??? Help please! Thanks!

scan date for checklist? 24th of October. I just need to send police cert. Do you think it will take 60days before I hear back from NVC?

Congrats! I think you will be interviewed December from what I have read from the forum so far. Probably you will get email/appointment letter in the next couple of days.

Hi! I am, I just received the checklist through email today and sent the documents being asked (same day!). Hopefully will get case complete then interview!
