  1. Strange...

I received the I-797 NOA2 for both I-130 and I-129F...the first spent more than 6 months as tyou all, but the I-129 wa approved too the same day and it's NOA1 was in April, wich make it only, more or less, 4 months for NOA2. Is it normal?

According to what i've read in the forum, when both are approved the I-130 has preference over I-129F, right?

God, this people in USCIS are alawys surprising me ...

  2. Finally got NAO2 Approval today after 173 days.

    Thank God !!!!!!!!! AH

Btw, is this normal. The blue dot / circle on the uscis website for case status check went right from "Initial review" to "post decision activity" and not "Decision".

    !!!!

Yes...it happened to me too. But you can read in the first paragraph:

On August XX, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

thanx mrs thb I'm sure yours is coming soon :thumb:

  3. Hi everyone,

I'm Joe, a moroccan citizen living in Madrid (Spain), I'm married with a great woman who's pregnant of my baby right now. We've met each other in 2006, started dating in 2010, have been living together for 4 years and married for 2 years and 2 months. She had to fly to the US last month to have the baby there. We sent our I-130 before knowing that she was pregnant so know we are a bit stressed, angry, etc. knowing that I'll not be there to see my child born or with them the first months.

Whatever...I'm still waiting for the NOA2. We sent our I-130 from Madrid in January, they received it February 6th and sent the NOA1 in February 7th from Nebraska Service Center. We also sent in March the I-129F, received 04/07 and NOA1 04/14.

I hope we all get approved soon

    Cheers

    Joe.
