Hi,
after paying the AOS bill, even before sending it's package, the DS-260 option was enabled, so I was just filling the DS-260 when I arrived to the question:
Yes NoMy Wife is the USC pettitionaire and has a son (My stepson) so I don't know if have to put "yes" or "no" in this question.
Thx

Strange...
I received the I-797 NOA2 for both I-130 and I-129F...the first spent more than 6 months as tyou all, but the I-129 wa approved too the same day and it's NOA1 was in April, wich make it only, more or less, 4 months for NOA2. Is it normal?
According to what i've read in the forum, when both are approved the I-130 has preference over I-129F, right?
God, this people in USCIS are alawys surprising me ...

Finally got NAO2 Approval today after 173 days.
Thank God !!!!!!!!! AH
Btw, is this normal. The blue dot / circle on the uscis website for case status check went right from "Initial review" to "post decision activity" and not "Decision".
!!!!

My wife called the USCIS today to see what's going on with our I-130. They told her that they're having delays in NSC. They asked us to call back in 5-7 days to see if everything is Ok with our case or if it's just a Service Center problem of Delay.
I'll keep you informed if we have any news....

Thank you KASH2011
The truth is that we sent the I-129F in case processing times for I-130 continued to be for almost a year as they were. I-129F can also be filed for Spouses (K3 Visa).
Cheers

Hi everyone,
I'm Joe, a moroccan citizen living in Madrid (Spain), I'm married with a great woman who's pregnant of my baby right now. We've met each other in 2006, started dating in 2010, have been living together for 4 years and married for 2 years and 2 months. She had to fly to the US last month to have the baby there. We sent our I-130 before knowing that she was pregnant so know we are a bit stressed, angry, etc. knowing that I'll not be there to see my child born or with them the first months.
Whatever...I'm still waiting for the NOA2. We sent our I-130 from Madrid in January, they received it February 6th and sent the NOA1 in February 7th from Nebraska Service Center. We also sent in March the I-129F, received 04/07 and NOA1 04/14.
I hope we all get approved soon
Cheers
Joe.
DS-260 Question "Do you have any children?"

That's what I've done since legally he isn't my son nor I have any rights over him...
But the problem is that IV Application is enabled and neither the IV Fee has been payed nor the AOS pack processed...that's strange! Is that normal?
