I am a Muslim by birth and US Citizen currently living in Virginia. I am planning to get married to a Moroccan Citizen currently living in Morocco.
The requirement for a US citizen to marry in morocco is a major hassle and it is an extremely lengthy process. Since my work will not give me more than two weeks of vacation, i am wondering if i should apply for a fiance visa and get married in USA.
Can anyone tell me if there are any disadvantages of getting fiance visa? I am planning to travel to morocco in mid August. So, i would be greatful if someone can reply to me as soon as possible.
