one of friend went to Kingston, Jamaica for H1B visa stamping and officer told "Visa got approved" even after 5 days she did not receive the passport. Today she went to consulate to check the status, they said your "information is not available at system" and they sent back the passport to DHL for delivery.
when i check the "Track my visa with DS160 it is showing as "NO STATUS" (Please contact the U.S. Consular office you believe is responsible for processing your visa application.). Please advise, she is so much worried.

Hi,
