Hi guys,
I have a quick question regarding the advance parole.
Here is my situation.
I entered in the US based on K1 visa on Apr. 18, 2014. I got married on Jun. 17. My I94 expired on Jul. 16 and I filed AOS on Jul. 24; got the NOA two weeks after filing AOS.
I requested expediting my EAD and got it approved after 34 days of filing AOS. Then I received a EAD and AP combo card from USCIS.
My questions are:
1. I assume that if I received the EAD & AP combo card, it means my AP got approved, but why in the USCIS system, still shows that I131 is on initial review stage? Do you have the similar experience? I attached the screenshot for your reference
2. I'm planning to go back to China on Feb. Can I travel use the AP? Is there any risk at the point of entry based on the fact that I filed the AOS after I94 expired which means I was out of status in the US.
I know this is might be a silly question, but I just want to make sure that I still can come back
Thanks so much!

I didn't receive any notification. I checked my status on the USCIS website. I just found that they mailed the card today.

Hello,
I came to US under a K1 visa and I have already filed my AOS package (i485, EAD, AP) on July 24. I received 3 NOAs on Aug 1 and now I'm waiting for my biometrics letter appointment. Since I'm almost going to have a job offer, I'm wondering if there is anyway to speed up the EAD process?
Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. That makes sense. I just got all worried that I maybe inadmissible back because I filed AOS after 90 days.
Thanks It's helpful.
I will add it soon.
