  1. You will not receive notification to go to your medical exam. Register with SLEC online. No appointment is needed. Try to take care of this two to three weeks before your embassy interview.

  2. Try a different browser like Firefox or chrome. It's funny that way. Others have had the same problem but when the switch it works.

That doesn't work either. Now when I try to submit the initial form where you have to enter the captcha, it takes me right back to the same form with a new captcha. Tried different email address, different browsers. It's not giving me the error anymore, just in an endless cycle of entering new captchas. I had my fiance try in the Philippines and it's doing the same thing.

  3. I was wondering if anyone else was having a problem making an online CFO appointment. We get and error message, then when we try to access the site again, it says that the email address has already been used and to try another. When we try another, we get the same error message. Thank You!

  4. Congratulations guys! How did you schedule the appointment without receiving the paper work from the embassy? Our case has been ready for interview since 12/1. but we've just been waiting for the paperwork from the embassy. Any advice you can give on how you scheduled the interview without the paperwork from the embassy?

Thank you! Philippines cases can be scheduled online with the embassy after receiving the case number. Most people do not receive any mailings from the embassy in Manila before their interview.

  5. Our NOA1 was Oct 6, NOA2 Nov 10, NVC READY Dec 10, and Embassy interview is set for Jan 10. My fiance will be going to his medical exam on Dec 15 and 16. There were actually Embassy interview appointments still available in December, but we wanted more time to ensure all of our paperwork is in order and to allow plenty of time for the medical exams. We still haven't received the NVC case number hardcopy, but we have screenshots of the CEAC case status stating that our case is ready for consulate interview. We have been so fortunate that everything up to this point has fallen into place so beautifully. We are praying for our good fortune to continue and praying that every other loving couple can be together soon. God Bless us all.

  6. Yes, the strongest Typhoon to ever hit land with 40 foot storm surge, killing 7300 people and making millions homeless. The homeless are either living in tents (still), temporary housing (rare) or with other relatives not hit by the storm. My fiance's Mother lost her home and all belongings, but was lucky to survive unharmed.

Oops, or a typhoon not earthquake? Sorry, I'm not really sure

  7. I just came from my Bank of America branch to request the same information. I took a copy of the I-134 with me, and although the bank officer could not process the request right then and there, opened a case for me with their "Commit" department that will put this information in a letter form and send it to me within one week. I would guess there is no Bank of America policy that covers this type of request, but it depends on the bank employee helping you. It's the same with any business, some employees will say "we do not do that", while others at the same institution will go above and beyond. Maybe try another branch and mention that they could try opening a case with their "Commit" department.
