Hello guys, Do I need to pay the AOS each petition for my mom and dad or do I only pay it once? 

Before paying the fees I read this note on top of the fees need to be paid. 

"If you are a U.S. citizen with petitions for your unmarried son(s), unmarried daughter(s), and/or parent(s) also in process at the National Visa Center, you only need to submit one AOS Fee for this case and all Related Cases." 

If I only need to pay one AOS,  how can I waived the other AOS fee to my other parent petition?

I just got a text from USCIS. Card in production!! Yeeesssss.. such a relief.. waiting for a year and 2 days since I got my noa1. I'm so happy. I'm going to get my green card soon. wooohoooo

In your case history, does it say they sent you a response ...?. If it does, then you will receive a letter by mail which says that your case is current pending and prepared to renew your EAD card within 120 days.

Oh! Wow! Can't believe this taking longer than what we are expected. Geezz. Btw, what are the requirements to renew our EAD card? And what address should we use to send them off?

Yep! It says also that they've sent me a response. Is it the same thing as yours? What did you do after you received a letter from them? Did you renew your Ead card yet? My EAD card will gets expired on June 21, 2015.

I just checked my case on USCIS website and there's an update regarding for my service request I sent last Dec.18th, 2014. It only says there that my case was assigned by an officer and was completed dated today Jan.12th but my status is still on acceptance since April 12th, 2014.

It's been 6months already since i got my interview waiver letter and still no update yet on my status. Dang it!!!???

My local field office is in Memphis, TN. I already checked their processing time and it shows there, they're been processing June 17th filers. I believed April comes first then June but still no update for my AOS. Still in acceptance status

My potential interview waiver letter was dated July 10th. Still waiting!! Made first service request online on Nov. 18th, got no response from them. Call Uscis Dec.18th and the lady made another service request for my I-485 til now it hasn't assigned it yet to an officer. 7 more days to go and I'm gonna due for this sweet letter.

Hello April fellas. I'm still waiting too. My I485 is still on acceptance since April 12. I got an interview waiver dated July 10th. There's no update till now.

Finally my green card arrived!!! Nobody told me my biometrics pic will be there... Putting it lightly it is a disaster))) good thing its only for 2 years))) time to celebrate!!!

Does USCIS notify you that you're GC approved? Or they've just sent to u your GC through mail without their notification?

Queenking yup really on the same boat. I mailed AOS april 11 My biometrics was last may 12. I already have my ead and ap card with me. I hope someone can share their progress if they're more likely in the same situation.

Hey! Did you receive a potential interview waiver letter yet? I just got mine today and it was dated July 10, 2014. It says here that my case will get delay another 6mos or if they determine later that interview is required they will notify me within that month for my interview.

MrandMrsA. WE'RE on the same boat. Good luck to us. I filed my case on April 5th. Aos is still on acceptance.my Biometric was done on May 14th. No update yet so far. I already got my EAD and AP doc.

AOS timeline from K1 visa

4/05/2014-filed AOS and EAD

4/14/2014- Case accepted

5/14/2014- Biometric done

6/20/2014- EAD card production

6/22/2014- EAD card on hand

6/22/2014 until now-->> no change status yet for my AOS.

NO UPDATE YET!!! ???It's been 3months and 8days since AOS accepted or 2months and 8days since biometric done.
