Your fiancée must be legally free to marry before you file for I-129F petition.
I supposed she will be getting annulment in Philippines?Yes I know and yes she getting annulment in the Philippines

My fiancee and I are new on this site. We are both members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We have known each other for 5 months and have become best friends and love each other very much. She is from Olongapo Philippines. She is legally separated from her husband for ten years. He abandoned her and the children and started living with another woman. We know we have a ways to go to achieve us being together but we speak everyday on magic jack. She is scheduled to meet with a successful lawyer soon. If anyone has any advice for us please respond. We love each other very much and want to be married as soon as possible. We are going the fiancee visa route which I think they call it a K1 visa.
Thanks
