When did nvc schedule your interview? They scheduled mine on dec 30th and i havent receive any letter ?

NVC scheduled my interview last Dec. 30 also. I got the P4 email this morning.

Hello everyone I hope that you are all doing very well. I got my P4 this morning. But it lacks my 3rd first name.Maybe it's because my full name is too long so they did not include it. I made sure that my DS-260 has my complete name. All documents submitted to NVC have my complete name. Would this be a problem? Thank you.

Ask your kawyer if he really sent it. Ask for tracking number as well if possible.

I do not know how fast they really send confirmation email of received docs but in my case, my employer sent docs sept15 and on the 18 i got email already re docs received by nvc.

Hello everyone, please enlighten me. I am really feeling anxious right now. My lawyer sent my civil docs to NVC last October 6th. I have called NVC twice to inquire about my case. But sadly, the NVC has not received my docs until now The reps told me that my DS-260 has been reviewed but there are no civil documents showing up in their system. Does it really take this long for NVC to acknowledge received documents? What should I do now? I badly need your help. Thank you.

It takes time for them to acknowledge the receipt of your documents. If your attorney has the tracking number, check it if it has been delivered then call NVC to verify if they already received the package.

Hello everyone. I need some enlightenment please. Yesterday, I got an NVC Checklist Cover Letter email asking for my Passport photocopy, Birth Certificate and NBI Clearance. But my attorney has already submitted these documents to the NVC 2 days earlier. I can't help but feel sad about this. I have researched about false and true checklists. I do not know if mine is a false one. Maybe it's a system generated email and signifies that my documents are still in the mail room and have not been logged in to their system yet because it only arrived at NVC 2 days ago... I really do not know what to think anymore

Please help me. I am filling up my DS260 form but I am stuck on the
address where you intend to live in the USA page. It does not give me the
option to click yes or no for this ( it has a yes or no on the sample DS260 ).
My lawyer has instructed me to put her address on where to mail your green
card but when I save it, it gave me a lot of errors. It keeps asking me to fill
up the blank spaces for where you intend to live in the U.S. It goes right back to the problem of not having a yes or no option to click on that part.

I am stuck! I do not know what to do. Please help me. Thank you.

Hello everyone I am new here and I am glad to have discovered this site. I just need to ask if just in case St. Luke's Extension Clinic will refer me to a dermatologist when I get to have my Medical exam, where will they send me ? At St. Luke's Medical Center Q.C.? And should I go there on the 1st day of the Medical exam? Or will they set a deadline on when I should go there? And do you have any idea on the fees that the dermatologist will charge?

Please forgive me for asking a lot of questions. I am looking foward to your answers.
