I have a quick question on filling out the DS260 form for a derivative in f2b category. 

Info: Frank - Father, petitioner (LPR)

         Mary - daughter, beneficiary

         Lola + John - derivatives (under 21)

In the "Who is the petitioner" question:

The petitioner is Frank right -  and not Mary?

I just want to confirm that before submitting the form.

I checked the poverty line and our income seems to be okay but...

2.) should I have my sister be a joint sponsor for good measure?
