I send my Green Card with tracking number ,I checked, tracking# And i knew they received it.is been more than 3 months now . good Luck!!!

When I sent my GC back to the address they provided (USCIS Envelope) I decided to put it into another envelope from the post office, that way I can trace if they receive it or not, and it has been received. It has been 2 months since I send it and I never heard anything so I call USCIS 2 weeks ago, they reply through email but did not solve the problem that I was asking. So here still waiting. Thank goodness I have Temporary Stamp on my Passport and will expire next year around June. Hopefully I will receive the GC by that time.

So my case is, we applied for removal of condition and finally got the new card,but this time with misspelled middle name ☹️, so we call USCIS talked to a representative and so they send us an email about filling I-90 with payments then after few days we call again to follow up for few questions  , of course talked to a different representative this time and give him our referral ID from the last time we called, so after few days we receive another email about filling I-90 WITHOUT payment, so now we’re comfused of w/c instruction to follow. Any advice please 😞 thank you guys!  I appreciate.

BTW I've been here in the states for a year and didn't have my green card yet due to workload factors not related to my case, USCIS anticipates a delay

We just contacted USCIS and they told us to call again by June.

My EAD expires May 15, 2015

My adjustment of status for green card will be June (w/c has no specific day yet for interview)

Now if I'm going to renew my EAD w/c takes a month or so, and while renewing it, what if I'm going to have a schedule for interview for my Green Card.

In my experience it is hard to get tourist visa if you are in k1 also. I applied for tourist visa, my fiance want me to attend on his son's graduation but iI was denied. But you can always try though.

My EAD is going to expire this May 2015 and my Green Card interview schedule im not going to know until June 21, 2015. Now I am confused if I'm just go ahead renew my EAD (w/c is I'm late for 90 days before expiration and spend $) or I'll just wait till June (no specific date yet) for my Green Card interview.

I have questions for my brother, he is a chef cook working in UAE right now and he is yet under provisionary for six mos. well my question is my Husband's cousin has a restaurant here in the US and wants to hire my brother, what type of working visa would be the right one?

Since he is on under provesionary, he told me he can quit anytime. My 2nd question is, if he can apply the visa from Dubai since he is in Duabai? or he should go back to the Philippines (homeland) and apply it from there?
