My case starts with MSC abbreviation for national benefits center for I-601 but there are no processing times for these types of cases. so how do i get an idea of the appropriate time frame for this case i have been waiting since march 5th?

Does anyone know why they are taking so long for march approvals my case was sent to the National Benefits Center. And there are no processing times available and I am in the states. We filed from within the States based on marriage to a US Citizen I have an Approved i-130 and a I-485 approval based on the I-601 all because my lawyer didn't file for it when we filed originally. So now I am just waiting anxiously. I have my ss card and work permit and Driver's license and I am just waiting to receive my green card.

Initial ReviewOn March 5, 2014, we received this I601 Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators.
